Campus Dining Services - Linkins Renovation

The Marketplace in Linkins Center will open on August 17

As part of the Long Range Plan for Campus Dining Services, Linkins Dining Center was under renovation for seven months beginning in January 2007. The facility opened on August 17, 2007.

The newly renovated dining facility features a state-of-the art design. This includes new and exciting menu options to meet the needs and expectations of today's students and the students of tomorrow. Upon entering Linkins, students have a choice of venue options in the servery such as brick oven style pizza by the slice, pasta or a self service deli with panini grills. Other options include a "design it your way" Mongolian Grill where items are cooked to order and a large salad bar offering a variety of items from which to choose.

Students can dine in or grab it to go! Dishes are available for those who desire to dine in. This is a part of our effort to be environmentally conscious. The dining area features booth seating, a private dining room, bar seating and plasma screen televisions.
