A computerized diet analysis is available by contacting our registered dietitian. Simply record everything you eat and drink for two to three days. Be as detailed as possible, including portion sizes, brand names and preparation methods. Send this information to campusdining@ilstu.edu. Our dietitian will contact you to set up an appointment to review the analysis.

Learn how to help a friend who may have an eating disorder, find on-campus resources for those with eating disorders, or complete an on-line assessment for eating disorders.
